Adaptive Recreation

Empowering Clients Through Adventure
VCB is proud to offer an exciting Adaptive Recreation Program to provide inclusive opportunities for adven-ture, confidence boosting, and team building. This program is offered during the summer and winter seasons. VCB primarily offers our Adaptive Recreation Program in partnership with Central California Adaptive Sports Center, which allows individuals with disabilities to engage in outdoor activities.  These programs incorporate the latest equipment and therapeutic recreation practices and facilitate activities in a professional manner with the goal of providing programming that has a lasting impact on the quality of our participants’ lives. Our clients can expect to do a wide range of activities depending on the season such as mountain biking, beach yoga, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The staff at Central California Adaptive Sports Center are extremely hands-on and in tune with our clients’ needs.
