Stella Woodall

Director of Rehabilitation

Stella Woodall is the Director of Rehabilitation at VCB. She is responsible for the direct oversight of the Rehabilitation Team and ensures that every client receives excellent services and support. With over 18 years of experience in nonprofit settings that serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), Stella brings important leadership experience in program management and familiarity with the state and local entities that support our clients.

She joined our team because she has always wanted to be of service helping people in need. Her experience being born to deaf parents and having a deaf brother gave her the compassion and desire to help people that have a disability be as independent as possible. She got her start as a helper in SPED classrooms in junior high and high school. Afterwards, she provided direct care at a day program for adults with I/DD and has never looked back.

Fun Fact: American Sign Language, also known as ASL, was her first language.

Interests: Reading and spending time with her fur babies.
